Booking conditions
Bookings
Bookings must be made in writing by email or WhatsApp. Subject to the service provider's availability, we recommend making your bookings in advance.
Payments
All our concierge services must be paid for at the time of booking. Some service providers may request payment or a card pre-authorisation when the booking is made.
Changes
Changes are subject to availability and remain at the service provider's discretion. Any change may incur additional charges. Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation may incur charges from the agency and/or the service provider. Any booking that has not been cancelled remains payable in full.
